A born marketer, Jess loves the challenge of helping businesses discover their brands and share their personalities and products with the world. Rather than focus on "marketing," Jess and her team focus on "strategic storytelling," to convey the personality and message of a company. Together with her clients, she strives to create a fun and rewarding customer experience that'll boost engagement, loyalty and sales.
Jess comes from a line of small business owners, newspaper journalists and business marketers, so she's genetically predisposed to love marketing- and her community. She's made it her mission to help small, local businesses and organizations thrive; they're run by the folks who give the community its culture and heart.
Prior to establishing MindShuffle, Jess served as a marketing director in the long-term care field, as well as in a variety of roles in other advertising, marketing and public relations firms. She's proud to serve on the Board of Directors for the Credit Counseling Center, based in Bucks County, as well as on the Management & Marketing Advisory Board at Bucks County Community College and as the Communications Chair for her son's Cub Scout Pack. She was recently honored by the Bucks County Courier Times and the Intelligencer as one of the area's 40 Under 40.
